Multi level marketing refers to the fact that a company sells several products that increase in price or a variety of products in the network marketing format (getting paid to refer and teach others to refer).
Network Marketing is more about the fact that you have to create a network of representatives who buy products and sell the same products as well. The products being a mlm type.
But really you can use these terms in place of one another anytime because pretty much every network marketing company has multiple levels of products.
